Ist it obvious? Trump is about to crash the market?

Just saw the purposed budget and it is ridiculous. Just everything going on pretty obvious inflation will increase and Medicare will be removed. The new budget is pretty insane. 4 trillion in tax cuts for the rich also explains why they are trying to find money for that by firing and getting rid of departments. No tax cuts for middle class.
