As a rental property owner, I have a good sized return coming for writing off a bunch of stuff like repairs, and updates to my rental units. Wondering the best way to invest it for a 3-4 year return investment. Putting it back into the rentals, like doing a new yard? Or more updates? Or maybe buying into the low stock market? Would love to hear anyone ideas or experiences with unexpected sums of money.
