We are looking at houses outside the US and learned through Schwab that we can get a line of credit against our current assets to purchase the house. The rates are based on SOFR and a markup. The markup I have been quoted is 2.4% above SOFR. I would like to shop around for a lower rate on the markup. Does anyone have recommendations on good companies to contact?
