How can he just say "I want Canada to become a US state. If they don't agree, I will collect extra money from US citizens who buy Canadian goods!"
Or "I am randomly accusing Canada of sending drugs to US. If you buy anything from Canada, you will have to pay US government 25% tax!"
How is this legal?
Is no one challenging him in courts?
Is there no legal recourse at all?
By not allowing people to trade freely with Canada, are the US citizen's right not trampled upon? Wouldn't that give US citizens sufficient ground to sue the administration in court.
I am not a US citizen and I am having a hard time believing any of this is legal.
