Could Trump be intentionally driving down the market to buy low since only he knows when he'll reverse his policies?

This is an actual question and I'm not trying to take an opportunity to bash the President. I'm legitimately curious if it were possible. If not, what are the arguments against it? My understanding is that he didn’t relinquish his investments to a third party to manage on his behalf while President, so he and his family still have the ability to create a dip and then buy the dip. Again, not an accusation, but a question if it were possible.
