New investor, trump is making me nervous asf

Hi,

I'm a young investor (22) and have put most of my money into three index funds: an S&P 500 ETF, an All-World ETF, and a Europe 600 ETF. My plan is to hold for the long term (35+ years), and I've read several investing books that all emphasize *not* trying to time the market.

However, with everything going on politically (especially the uncertainty around Trump), I'm starting to feel a bit nervous. I've seen a lot of people selling their stocks recently, and my portfolio has gone from +8% to -1% in a short period.

I know that market fluctuations are normal and that historically, markets recover over time. My instinct is to just stay the course and not make any impulsive decisions. But I'd love to hear other perspectives—how are you all handling the current volatility?
