$800k in Dry Powder. Do I start DCA or wait for stronger signals of a bottom?

Obviously, time in market > timing the market... but I'd love to hear some POVs on how to approach $800k in cash.

My initial thought a few weeks ago was to refine the 3 fund portfolio VTI / VXUS / BND (or SCHD), but things have changed. I also have over $500k in individual stocks in a brokerage account separate from the cash mentioned here.
