Transferring brokerage account to Fidelity

I’m fairly sure I know the answer to this but wanted to double check before I committed to a large tax event this year.

I have a taxable brokerage account with NWM, invested in BLPAX, with a high front load and expense ratio…not my smartest move but trying to fix the mistake now. It seems like the smartest move is to close the account, transfer the money to Fidelity (where my other accounts are), and invest into a cheaper mutual fund or ETF.

I did fairly well with the BLPAX investment over the last two years so I’m fairly sure closing this account and transferring to Fidelity will result in a high tax event for 2025. Is there a way to transfer the $ without selling and rebuying so it continues to stay invested and doesn’t gain a capital gains tax?
