Getting more into stocks this year even though I've been heavy on res rental real estate for 10 years. So what I mean is, VOO for example, I expect 10-12% (edited to keep comments on topic) per year for the next 10 years. But I'd like to buy stocks that can fund "financial freedom" with dividends while still doing at least 12% including the equity growth. Does that exist?
