I’ve seen a few posts now that are asking if BSX is worth getting into. Don’t do that- Continue to short it. WATCHMAN, their flagship LAAO device, which is responsible for 10% of company revenue, was found recently to be “not noninferior” to anticoagulation alone (eg elliquis). Essentially this means that performing a watchman has WORSE outcomes than anticoagulation alone.
