Both GLD and SLV stocks have erased all the gains from this year and are now down about 10% YTD. Does anyone think with the FED expecting to either hold rates steady or raise it end of the month there will be a rebound?

Should I be more aggressive?
I put in $1500 last month. Trading on momentum and options, but typically don't take a single position over $300. If I did, I could have bigger gains. Be more aggressive, or slow and steady? Trading inverse leveraged ETFs and puts mostly.

I held 10 spy 755 puts expiring today bought Friday and sold them at various points throughout the day doubling my money. Would've made a lot more if I kept them all till eod but I'm grateful I didn't lose it all.
