Best Broker?
Which broker does everyone use to complete swing trades? I've been using Fidelity but am trying to avoid their Good Faith Violations with some of these trades. Is there any broker that doesn't have this?

Wal mart looks like a pretty appealing setup right now. It pulled back to support after earnings but remains in a longer term upward trend (above 50 and 200 sma) seems like buying now- close to near term support could have some short term upside. Thoughts?
