Variance when selling BTC
I use the Binance platform and looked to sell some BTC today. Market value is $106,000 or so. When go to sell the price is $102,000 give or take. Why the big variance?

Does anyone know an app where I can get custom notifications for price changes?
Custom as in I can set an interval for how much change to occur before I get a notification etc. Thanks
