When do I shove all remaining cash into INTC?
I would like to hear some opinions from the crowd here on my plan to move all of my cash position into INTC. I feel like it's not quite there yet - but close. $19 seems like a reasonable spot as I am willing to hold this for 3+ years. …
Trump raises tariffs on certain Canadian imports by another 25%, totaling 50%.
[https://www.cnbc.com/2025/03/11/trump-raises-canadian-steel-aluminum-tariffs-to-50percent-in-retaliation-for-ontario-energy-duties.html](https://www.cnbc.com/2025/03/11/trump-raises-canadian-steel-aluminum-tariffs-to-50percent-in-retaliation-for-ontario-energy-duties.html) President Donald Trump said he has ordered his administration to raise tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum imports by an additional 25%, bringing the total duties to 50%. Why is K trading at $82.50 if the buyout price is $83.50?
Anybody know why Kellanova is trading at a dollar less/share than the announced Mars buyout price? This seems like a sure way to make $1 a share-- do we actually get the $83.50/share if the buyout happens? Or is the price less because the merger might not go through?

These are the stocks on my watchlist (03/11)
This is a daily watchlist for short-term trading: I might trade all/none of the stocks listed, and even stocks not listed! I am targeting potentially good candidates for short-term trading; I have no opinion on them as investments. The potential of the stock moving today is what makes it interesting, …
A bigger stock market decline will happen
The Relationship Between U.S. Debt and Stock Market Crashes During Biden's term in 2024, Democratic Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen issued an enormous amount of short-term bonds to make the economy appear strong, effectively engaging in accounting manipulation. This was a dirty strategy to win the election. As these short-term bonds …
Curious about thoughts on UPST?
I was fortunate to predict upstart's oversold status mid to late last year, picked some up and took some profits before Trump hit office. And I'm wondering if anyone has insight into it's status quo now? My thinking was the inflationary tariffs may give Upstart some more business opportunity with …
I know I singlehandedly have the power to save this economy...
All I gotta do is sell my positions or better yet take some short positions, and the markets will certainly pick right back up. Naw I'm gonna hold and watch my balance tick down like a countdown timer.
Amateur investor curious about the returns from learning investment strategy
So, just to kick off, let me get the obvious out of the way: I know knowledge is power so there isn't any drawback to knowing more. Background: I'm a full time employee who took 5 figures of savings and was fortunate to take them to 6 figures during covid. …
