SPX 0 DTE stop losses

Wondering, does anyone used stop orders on 0 DTE SPX? How has your experience been with them getting 'wrongly' triggered? I.e. have you experienced a split second jump in the bid or ask that has triggered the stop when in actual fact the price did not move much?
