Trying to decide if I should run a PMCC strategy in my $200k net liq taxable tastytrade account.
My Roth IRA only has \~ $40k in it. I know a PMCC strategy can be taxy but collecting premium on a SPY or SPX is tempting. I have been investing for around 13 years and been dealing with options over 5 years. Curious to hear this community’s thoughts and …

Backtesting Complexish Strategies?
Hey guys/gals, what backtesting website have y'all found the best? Preferably free if there is one but can be paid if free isn't an option. I have tried to use AI and coding, however, for my strategy I am basing strikes off delta and not fixed percentage. Also, it …

SPY Dividend Risk for Upcoming Dividend
I am short several SPY calls that are all OTM, expiring the earliest next Friday. I am curious if the dividend risk has passed already. Not sure if it's the ex-date or before the ex-date. Also, given they are all OTM, I am assume the risk is extremely low.
OUST call expiring today
I did a Buy/Write at 44/45. The stock traded all the week below 44 and now my call is ITM. Should I roll knowing the strategy was to let the shares go? Don't even know why am I thinking of this last change. 45 min to go.
MSFT in the last 10 years
Correct me if I'm wrong but MSFT is down -22.5% YTD when in the last 10 years the the ROI is around +20% annual (except 2022 -21%), base on that I’m thinking to load a call exp Jan 2027.
Executed the Stock Repair Strategy after a CSP assignment ($RKLB drawdown -25%)
This strategy is not popular, perhaps because some of you don’t know how to deploy it. Here’s an actual use case I just opened in my Schwab account. I’m currently holding RKLB from $130. With the stock currently hovering around $104.58 results in a PL % of -25% so I …
