$ZM November 25, 2024 high of $92.80 was challenged and failed. $ZM might experience a sell off tonight after earnings release. I'm bearish on this stock and think it'll drop to below $70 in the next couple of weeks. 3/14/25 $ZM $75 put is currently less than $1.60.

Understanding buying an option below market
I’d like to understand why one would buy an option below the current market price. Ie the stock is trading at $5.50 and I see I can buy a call option at $5.00 at a premium of .20 cents a share effectively paying 5.20 a share.
