How do I get my money out of this shitcoin?

Last night I threw $50 into a shitcoin on pancakeswap and it 10x'd, but now I can't exchange it back for BNB; I tried increasing my slippage all the way, selling smaller chunks, etc. Any ideas on what I should do? The longer I wait, the closer we get to the inevitable rugpull or dump. Losing $50 isn't a big deal but would love to lock in that $500...
