With trump being wishy washy on tarrifs it's cause a lot of up and down in various markets. A friend commented he was doing that on purpose to give his rich buddies the chance to buy stocks cheap each time the markets dip. Wonder if someone who knows more about this than I (probably just about anyone) would mind a quick weigh in?
