Newbie in my first sortie into options territory.
When looking at the options chain for Monday, I see two clusters with around 33k volume. The 525 puts with 7K OI, and the 530 calls with around 300 OI.
1) For those who have been trading for over a few months, do we like SPY or QQQ, and why?
2) Do we like 530 calls or 525 puts for Monday, and why?
