Trumpcession2 - DCA or SELL or HODL as a strategy?

So i'm presently sitting at a 100 000 USD loss from my portfolio. Here are 3 possible scenarios that I analysed and the outcomes. Let me know what your opinion on the best strategy out of this nightmare is.
1. DCA Strategy: Invest all my remaining liquidity continuously over the course of the next four years (in the hope that we will get an election and a working government then). Takes into an account an assumption for a recovery from the dip dip dip, resulting in 10% average growth in the next four years.
2. SELL everything at a loss and put it in high yielding savings account. only a minor 1.1% growth per year in the next four years possible.
3. HODL and pray (so mix of the two previous strategies), 5% growth per year

I personally decided for the DCA strategy. I'm sure this year things will go dip dip until the summer, but expect that by the end of the year we will be roughly at the ATHs from the start of this year. Thus DCA will allow me to catch the "dip dip dip" and bring the biggest overall profit.
