I have no personal debt, i have about 40k insaving / invested, I own my home. I can get 100k heloc at 6.2% (interest only payments) which I will use to actively trade. I have a high risk tolerance and can be in the market for a while. my monthly expenses are low, like 2200 a month and I quick my job to study / trade in the market full time. Wish my luck!
