For the younger folk (18-25), how do you guys suggest approaching the dooming recession?

I’m a college student with no income, but I have savings in my Fidelity account from work. I did over the summer. It’s not more than five figures so not a crazy amount. Do you have any advice for someone like me looking to benefit and profit from the recession? or any advice for young person in general going through a possible recession?
