I'm looking for where the government officials have their trades posted. Not a website that sources it from, I realize a lot of them wait the 45 days they can wait until reporting, I'm just looking for the source. I can't seem to find it anywhere. What I've found so far is that they need to file a SEC Form 4 but I'm not sure if that's the information I want or where to really find the list of all of them.
I am looking for the information that websites like CapitolTrades or SmartInsider gather and display, I'm just looking for their source. It has to be publicly available somewhere, right?
