Been trading a few yrs. Used to chase setups nonstop and overtrade.
lately the best weeks are the ones where I only take 1-2 trades, quiet days used to feel like failure but now they feel like progress.
IMO biggest shift wasn't a new indicator, it was accepting that doing less is often the edge
anyone else notice the same?
