Wingstop as value?

What do you think? Has strong gross profitability of 49.9%, lost in stock value nearly 65% over last year, Citibank called an upside of nearly 100%, and management wants to grab a higher-income consumer and those doing watch parties to insulate sales from people escaping fast-food consumption to save their budget from inflation. Pe ratios are at historical lows "Trades at a trailing P/E of roughly **23.8x to 26.1x**. This is exceptionally low relative to its 3-year historical average of over 74x... current metric represents a massive valuation compression of roughly 70% below its historical median" (Gemini). Peg ratio at 1.5. Margin of safety moderately by intrinsic analysis at 70% and conservatively based discount cash flow of 11-45%.

What do you think? Average price target is 193, an increase of 89% from current 104.08 dollars, and Citi price target is 208, Bank of America is 237, and Goldman at 190, and Mizhuo at 240. Can they all be wrong? Is the discounted cash flow analysis for a conservative margin of safety too much risk?
