How do you keep your research current across 20–30 companies?

Something I keep hearing from serious individual investors:
10–15 positions, plus another 10–15 companies on a watchlist.

Then there are earnings calls, filings, valuation updates and new developments to keep up with.

Finding companies isn’t necessarily the hard part. Keeping the story current across 20–30 companies seems much harder.

For those of you who actively maintain a portfolio and watchlist, **what part of keeping your research current takes the most time?**

Is it figuring out what changed, deciding whether the change is material, updating your valuation, or remembering how it connects back to your original thesis?

I’m building Pelarys around this problem, and I’d genuinely like to understand where the biggest pain is before deciding what we build next. It takes a community!
