In general i know 10Y Yields are up and oil prices are up but the markets aren't t0o far from all time high. is this a still a good time to buy. are we in a small correction phase of a major bull market. i know sitting static and doing nothing is not really a solution but is this a good time to dump majority of my paychecks into etfs.
