Together with their food business around \~ 40 mil gives them roughly a.. 265 mil total asset and business evaluation.
Has been heavily diluted by a convert deal with one major investor hence the share price dropping like Mitch McConnell's health in recent months.
So.. Friday closed at 0,24$ with a market cap of 13,64mil.
The current share count is estimated around 47-50mil but a dark number from dilution can make it +25-50% more in the actual.
Let's put it at 75 mil shares , 265 mil evaluation= share price \~ 3,5$
Hey make it 100 mil okay \~ 2,6$.
I'm in with 6066 shares with an average of 0,39$.
If they solve the convert dilution or it has already been solved then I don't see how it won't organically recovers to the levels I've laid out.
Potential x5, 10 or more.
Yeah it's China, but the CEO Norma is very likable and charismatic and cooks some amazing food so I'm convinced they'll pull it off.
Who's ready to gamble with me?
