CTNT — Takeover Time 2026 just filed and the numbers caught my attention

Takeover Time 2026 LLC, filed a Form 3 showing **1,846,000 CTNT shares**.
The Form 3 checks the “10% Owner” box, but I went back through the most recent EDGAR filings and calculated the ownership using the latest share count.
**I’m getting roughly 65%.**
That seems like a pretty big difference from what the Form 3 checkbox would make you think at first glance.
Also, this is the same Takeover Time group that was involved with ADTX earlier this year, which is why I’m paying attention to this.
For anyone who followed the ADTX situation closely: **what do you make of this CTNT filing?**
Am I calculating the 65% correctly, or is there something in the newer share structure/dilution that I’m overlooking?
