Just saw this 13D come through.
Takeover Time is showing **1.846M shares / 62.5% ownership** of CTNT Class A.
They paid about **$85k** for the position (\~$0.046/share).
The part that really caught my eye is they're saying they intend to **seek a board seat**. Sh\*t about to hit the fan.
62.5% is obviously a pretty serious position.
Not sure what to make of it yet, but figured I'd throw it up here since this just dropped.
Anyone digging into this?
