$STKH, Tiny Market Cap, Big Cash Injection

I’ve been looking into $STKH (Steakholder Foods) recently and I’m surprised how little attention it’s getting.

For anyone unfamiliar with the company, Steakholder Foods has developed 3D printing technology to make whole cut veggie steaks, breasts etc... It’s obviously a highly speculative micro-cap, but the valuation is interesting considering how much technology the company has developed.

Company only has $2M market cap despite just receiving $3.5m with another $11m offered at $2 a share, the tech works and they are now printing food and they have it in supermarkets in the US under the Perfecta brand.

They have:

• \~$2m ish market cap
• Proprietary 3D food-printing technology
• Focus on whole-cut products rather than another conventional plant-based burger

• Products are in supermarkets north west US
• 10? years of R&D already invested into the technology
• At this valuation, even mild commercial success could prove a massive boost to share price

• company that gave $3.5m for 1.25m shares is offering another $11m at $2 a share, more cash but more dilution, has not been confirmed yet.

Can check the printer here: [Steakholder Foods ($STKH) Ushers in New Era of 3D Printing for Cultured Foods](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6z2-D0Taqc)

Obviously there are some huge risks here.

Revenue is to be announced, they just released the product, meanwhile the company is loss-making, dilution is a serious consideration, and there’s no guarantee consumers or food manufacturers adopt the technology at scale. It’s also an extremely small and volatile stock.

But that’s why there is also potential.

Comparing it to BYND, BYND has a $200m market cap, insane debt, a meh burger and no proprietary tech, while STKH is only around $2M market cap and has an impressive food printer.

That obviously doesn’t mean STKH will succeed. It has a lot to prove. But imo worth a punt. If they can start turning the technology they’ve spent a decade developing into meaningful sales, the valuation could become very interesting very quickly.

Op position: 500 shares at $1.95

DYOR, would only recommend an amount you are willing to lose!
