Txtm - Inter quarter update / uplist info - Penny stock tied to absa bank

**Company keeps on executing, and i keep on accumulating following the due diligence.**
Massive information update today via the company.
Trying to keep it short... this really is not a typical OTC stock from what is coming out of their Press releases/filings
**Our chairmen is up to nearly 900 million shares which he started accumulating DURING a caveot emptor designation, he has bought since 2024, NEVER sold and NEVER diluted share holders**
Audits are in final stages if you read somewhere in the updates given, it literally **hits my point the 600 million in assets on the balance sheet** will pretty much re-value once IFRS audits/valuations are applied - which it likely goes **into the billions**

Guys, the story is there, the information trail and execution is there, its simply a waiting game.
**Txtm is showing its building itself for not the OTC but for AFTER the otc, literally saying uplist is the goal, and will be done with the IFRS audits**
Remember my post.... People laughed last time i posted.. called it a P&D.... And between then and now the chairmen added 775 million shares to his coffers While paying and getting closer to audit completion forwarding the uplist roadmap...

A**re we forgetting ABSA BANK is tied with txtm also in PR now, AND FILING** \- you do not fake this stuff.... so... its real.... And if you read deeper you see standard bank, veluzuela, other countries in the pipeline - all tied somehow to a penny stock....
\- All you have to do is look at the $0 in assets a few years ago compared to now... Look at every press release and quarterly financial since ce removal in june of 2025, See the structure getting better and better pointing towards uplist. Literally infrastructure built in real time and in historic record as you can see it step by step (And if you start watching it, in real time)
