its been 6 months since i last logged into my crypto account, why is only ethereum up?

Ive been oblivious for the past 6 months can someone summarize why i just need an idea. I have hbar, xrp, and dogecoin. Its all been down 50% because i bought at ATHs (im not that experienced and i have learned the lesson the hardway) but i did buy ethereum at 2.6k CAD. It would be nice if someone can give me an idea.
