Is nuclear market going to go up significantly in the next couple years? More so specifically what do you think of Terrestrial Energy (IMSR)

I did some research the other day, I learned about how the collapse of the Soviet Union prompted the U.S. to offer Russia a deal called "Megatons to Megawatts Program". Which essentially kept cash strapped Russian scientists and military generals from selling nuclear warheads to the blackmarket for quick money. This program prompted U.S. nuclear power companies to outsource their Uranium demand towards the cheaper, already enriched Russian dismanteled warhead Uranium, which lead to US uranium ennrichment production demand to scale down. From the 2000's to early 2010 it seems U.S. civilian enrichment companies were forced to scale down/ shut down since they couldn't compete with the cheaper "Russian bomb" uranium to use for their power plants. Since Ukraine 2014-2022 there was complications with our cheaper uranium outsource obviously due to worldwide embargoes on Russia. Since then U.S. nuclear companies have been trying to rescale their civilian grade production, the switch back also comes with the growing demand with A.I and other reasons like power efficiency. At this point we have a crazy demand for more energy but lack the infastructure to actually meet these demands. So as you the reader can guess, there is a growing bubble, high demand and no supply. Would we expect nuclear stocks to grow as U.S nuclear companies scale up to meet this demand for civilian grade enriched Uranium?

With this knowledge I specifically came across this one company called "Terrestrial Enegery" (IMSR), I noticed they a relatively new company founded in 2013, they focus on building small modular reactors. As of now they have a stock price of \~4.53, it seems they have enough capital to last 10 years, which I think is good for a new nuclear startup company. Currently they are working on a project with the U.S. Army, to be the technical supplier for this project, which is building a small modular reactor at the Aberdeen Proving Ground**.** This project is apart of a broader initiative with the U.S. Army to build 20 small modular reactors across installations owned by the department of defence. They also are working close with the Department of Energy on another project I haven't done much research on.

I guess I have alot of research done I'm just here for confirmation on two questions, will the overall nuclear market scale up in the coming years and what do you think of Terrestrial Energy?

Thanks for reading! appologies if this post is kind of jibbled its 10 am and just had my coffee lol.
