5 AI names I’m watching Monday: $MU $RYET $APLD $BE $ORCL, from memory chips to AI software to the power grid. What are yall watching?
I’m watching five AI-related names Monday, but for very different reasons: $MU, $RYET, $APLD, $BE and $ORCL.
My why is very simple: they sit at different points in the AI stack. Memory, applications, data centers, power and hyperscale infrastructure all have different catalysts right now.
$MU is probably the biggest mainstream AI watch of the group. Micron reported $54.23B in revenue, up 379% YoY, with adjusted EPS of $33.42 and roughly 86% gross margin. More than 75% of its 2027 output is reportedly already committed, which says a lot about how tight the AI-memory market remains. The stock still closed Friday downwards 2.05%, so Monday gives traders another chance to decide whether those fundamentals eventually overpower the muted price reaction.
$RYET is my smaller-cap application-layer name. The company now expects preliminary H1 FY2027 revenue of $9.3M-$9.5M versus just $0.37M in H1 FY2026 and $7.48M for all of FY2026. Its $880K YeeZo deployment covering 10 AIGC labs and 610 workstations was also delivered and accepted by September 30. That is why I keep it high on the list: the revenue base is changing quickly while the market cap is still tiny compared with the large AI names.
$APLD is the higher-beta data-center play. Applied Digital announced another 75 MW of critical IT load at Polaris Forge 1, bringing the campus to 250 MW fully operational, and the stock gained about 4.6% Friday. It also benefits from the broader discussion around AI data-center capacity and power constraints.
$BE is my power-infrastructure watch. As AI campuses get larger, power availability is becoming a major part of the trade. Bloom was up roughly 4% Friday and remains tied into the broader discussion around Oracle’s Project Jupiter and the challenges of powering giant AI infrastructure builds.
$ORCL is the hyperscale infrastructure name in the group. Project Jupiter is planned as a 2.45 GW New Mexico AI campus tied to Stargate. The project has drawn attention because of natural-gas supply, permits, land access and power infrastructure, which makes ORCL an important read on how quickly these giant AI projects can actually get built.
Five completely different parts of the same spending cycle, and all five have fresh reasons to stay on the screen Monday.
