Possible Squeeze with NetList (NLST)

Okay degenerates, I think we may have a new squeeze candidate: Netlist.

The long and short about this company is that they are a memory chip maker/technology holder. The story behind the story is that their technology has been used in AI chips by all the big chipmakers: Samsung, Micron and their downstream partners HPE and Lenovo, Google, and SK Hynix.

In August, they settled with Samsung to the tune of 239M up front and quarterly license fees that can be as high as 32.5M/quarter for the next 20 quarters as a part of the USITC investigation.

A few months ago they filed for a USITC investigation into Micron and its partners. Today, they got the news that the USITC was opening an investigation into theft of their patents.

Their chart is presently turning parabolic.

Short interest isn't super high (\~17M shares and about 5 days to cover), but it's a low float/volume ticker and likely explodes. I'm guessing it hits 8-10 in the next week or two for a nice swing, but who knows what happens if shorts are forced to cover. Borrow cost is slightly elevated but not very expensive.

I'm long shares... can't seem to trade options on this.
