Unlike most posts here, I’m not recommending you buy this stock today. I am only recommending you add it to your watchlist, as they’ve got a few catalysts coming up soon that will start generating revenue and potentially lead to a revaluation. You will have time to see their thesis start to play out and still get in on the ground floor if compelled.
1. Their pet odor subsidiary (“ONM”) was previously selling its formula to a retailer (named “Pooph”) that was quite successful, doing over $100M in sales in the last three years. The partnership dissolved over a legal dispute, so now ONM will be relaunching their product directly next month. It will take time to ramp back up of course since rebranding is involved, but we already know the formula works and customers seemed to like it, so you’ll have time to watch the ramp.
2. Their wound-care subsidiary (“Clyra”) launched its first of two products (“ViaCLYR”) in Q1, signing distribution deals with Advanced Solution in the States, Spartan Medical for the US govt., and Al-Hikma FZCO in the Middle East. Only one stocking order has been placed so far, but they expect that to increase of course as the product gains favor in the marketplace (initial reviews have been very positive). The second product (originally “BioCleanse” but will be rebranded) is being prepped for FDA submission now, and Clyra has already signed with a major distributor for it. They are waiting until the product launches before identifying, but we have it on good authority that it’s a top-4 worldwide medical distributor. FDA submission will be coming along soon, and then it’s a 90-day wait before they can launch, so you’ll have time to think about it.
3. Their water filtration subsidiary (“BEST”) has a project now in its final quarter of a year-long pilot program, which is PFAS (forever chemicals) removal at a municipal water station in New Jersey. The tech has been working well since January, and with more and more interest in PFAS removal, the company hopes that this pilot will lead to bigger opportunities once the EPA signs off.
They have a 4th subsidiary (“Cellinity”) focused on long term energy storage (batteries), but nothing is expected in the short term there.
The stock has been beaten down since the pet odor partnership dissolved last fall, and currently trades at $0.085/shr with a market cap of \~$30M.
The next 6-9 months are crucial; they will either grow some legs to run with or die. Keep an eye on this one.
