Skyx Platforms (Nasdaq:SKYX) Connecting the dots of a recently announced merger appears to be not fully appreciated by the market yet.

And today SKYX announced it has signed an agreement to supply its technologies to Trump Towers Hyderabad, a 2.2M-square-foot luxury development in India.The project consists of two 65-story towers, more than 450 residences, and is being developed by IRA Realty and Tribeca Developers.

SKYX expects to supply tens of thousands of units during construction. SKYX may be becoming embedded as infrastructure in branded luxury residential developments—and using high-profile projects such as Trump Towers as a proof-of-concept for developers around the world.

* **Recent merger:** SKYX announced a merger with privately-held Deako.  The terms? SKYX will issue 25M shares (18.46%); current SKYX shareholders will own 84.4% and Deako shareholders/lender 15.6% post-merger.  Significantly, the Deako shares have a **1-year full lockup**, followed by 9–12 months of staged leak-out, under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.
* **SKYX Valuation snapshot:** \~$156M market cap | **$1.15/share** | **52-week range: $0.95–$3.29** | **23.45% insider ownership**.
* **Thesis:** SKYX/Deako could evolve from a hardware company into a **smart-home infrastructure platform**—using hardware as the gateway for connectivity, software, AI, automation and recurring services.
* **Combined platform:** SKYX brings smart ceiling fixtures, electrical boxes and receptacles; Deako adds modular smart switches—extending the platform from **"ceiling to wall**."
* **Deako scale:** **32M+ units shipped, $26M+ 2025 revenue, and relationships with 50+ U.S. builders**, including D.R. Horton, Toll Brothers, Shea Homes, Maronda Homes, Adams Homes, Risewell and Schumacher.
* **Revenue of the merged companies:** $118 Million (Combined 2025 revenue).
* **Builder opportunity:** Smart infrastructure can potentially be installed **during new construction**, creating an installed base without requiring homeowner retrofits.
* **Leadership/network:** Deako board member **Paul Jacobs**, former Qualcomm $QCOM Chairman/CEO; SKYX Senior Advisor **Bob Nardelli**, former $HD  Home Depot CEO.
* **SKYX scale:** **$92M 2025 revenue**, up from $86M, with 100+ issued/pending U.S. and global patents.

Not that SKYX is currently Tesla, but that physical infrastructure could become the entry point to a much larger technology ecosystem.

Is SKYX/Deako ultimately a hardware company—or could the hardware become the **infrastructure layer for the smart home**?
