$BLGO ViaCLYR is commercial now, BioClynse is next, and Clyra’s $100M value was paid for - not imagined
**Recently a fellow Investor recommended to put this "We Make Life Better" company on your watchlist. here are some more info.**
**ViaCLYR** moved into full commercial-launch mode in August and two new distribution partners have recently signed on.

The distribution setup now covers:
• **Advanced Solutions:** U.S. commercial channel, including wound-care clinics, physicians and health systems.
• **Al-Hikma:** exclusive international distribution across the Middle East, North Africa and adjacent markets—an 18-country opportunity.
• **Spartan Medical:** U.S. government-healthcare access through DLA ECAT, including VA, DoD and other federal buyers.
***Stocking orders from each are expected within the next months.***
**ViaCLYR Tech Video in comments.**
**BioClynse,** the surgical-irrigation product based on the same Clyrasept platform, is next - it will be launched co branded by a top 4 global medical leader ($100 billion plus market cap)
**ViaCLYR clinical/technical facts:**

**• FDA 510(k)-cleared**
**• Copper-iodine complex technology**
**• Non-cytotoxic and tissue-safe**
**• No rinse required**
**• Company testing: 99.9999% kill of 18 pathogens in one minute**
**• Includes MRSA, VRE and C. auris**
**• Reported 72-hour antimicrobial activity**
**BioClynse** \- the surgical-irrigation product built on the same platform - is getting closer.
Clyra has prepared for potential capacity ramp-up to 2 × 1 million units annually, reportedly a requirement before the national distribution arrangement was signed.
**The alignment is notable:** BioLargo CEO Dennis Calvert invested **\~** $250K directly into Clyra, while Clyra CEO Steve Harrison also put in a significant personal amount.
**Pre launch value of Clyra \~$100 million**
**Post successful launch value expected \~ $500 million - $1B**
The approximately **$100M Clyra valuation** was **based on actual cash investments** by outside investors, not simply an internal mark.
**BioLargo Owns 48% of Clyra Medical** PLUS BioLargo is entitled to a **6% worldwide royalty on Clyra’s gross sales**
**With BLGO’s market cap below $30 million, its 48% stake in Clyra Medical alone - based on Clyra’s roughly $100 million valuation- appears to be worth more than BioLargo’s entire market cap, before royalties.**
But there is much more to come at BioLargo:

Here a quote I've found by **Dr. Marcus Gitterle**, **Regional Medical Director for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy**, Christus Santa Rosa Hospital System; Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer, Wound Centrix LLC
*"My experience with CICS in more than 50 patients has convinced me that* ***this is a disruptive innovation.*** *Effect duration is likely key to the effects I’m seeing, and which I reported on at The Boswick Symposium. Hypochlorous has a half-life measured in seconds, while available data already underscores durable CICS effects at 72 hours, and as evidence accumulates,* ***I predict that this will become the preferred wound cleanser.*** *I’ve not seen the granulation quality improvements, sinus tract volume reduction, and favorable edge effects, with hypochlorous that I see regularly with CICS. Frankly, the differences are stark."*
**Don't believe me!**
Ask surgeons, wound-care clinicians and infection-control contacts: if these results translate into routine use, could ViaCLYR/BioClynse be a surgical workflow game changer- and could a global distribution leader be the vehicle to bring BioClynse to market at real scale?
**BLGO is sitting near all-time lows yet they are getting closer and closer to mayor revaluation events that could come by surprise.**
If BioLargo executes on even a few of these opportunities, I think the **upside** from these levels is **fascinating**. If it fails to execute, the downside and dilution risk remain very real.
Read the filings. Read the bull case. Read the bear case. Check every number. Then decide for yourself. Certainly worth to add to your watchlist.
Not financial advice. I own BLGO shares and recently added $45,000.
