$NLST NETLIST AND MICRON ENTER PATENT LICENSE AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS (netlist is ready to be the new giant of dram business)

Under the agreements, the parties have agreed to settle and mutually release all pending legal proceedings between the companies, and Micron will receive a 5-year term license to Netlist's patent portfolio, including patents covering server DIMMs and High Bandwidth Memory technologies. Micron will pay Netlist $30 million per quarter from the fourth quarter of 2026 through the third quarter of 2031, totaling $600 millionduring the term.

Netlist in August made another agreement with Samsung for 130m ip licenses per 5 year and 240m cash.

Now sk hynix and netlist will show $360m ip licenses per year, ALL PROFITS!!!
