TMINES.COM is live and accepting project submissions. Mining companies can now put a concession, a producing mine, or future production through structured onboarding and independent verification, and raise against it on a compliance-first rail. The Company’s initial focus is the Colombian mining sector.

Pineapple Express Cannabis Company (OTC Pink: PNXP), doing business as T-MINES™, today announced that its tokenization platform at [TMINES.COM](https://tmines.com/) is open and accepting project submissions from mining operators worldwide.
The platform exists to address a specific gap. Compliant, institutional-grade financing for sub-hundred-million-dollar mineral projects is scarce: equity markets underserve them, and most tokenization has proceeded without securities compliance rather than with it. T-MINES is built the other way round, with securities law, independent custody, and on-chain settlement in the foundation.
**Initial focus: Colombia**
The Company’s initial focus is the Colombian mining sector. Its Operational Offices are in Medellín, and origination and technical work in the region is conducted from there — operator relationships, site and title diligence, collateral verification, and coordination with in-country counsel and technical consultants.
Colombia combines an established mineral endowment with a formal concession and registry system, which matters for instruments whose security depends on verifiable title. Concession status, registry records, and permitting are source documents in the KYM review rather than representations by the operator.
The platform is built for global coverage and accepts submissions from operators in any jurisdiction. Colombia is where the Company is concentrating origination first, not the limit of what the rail supports.
