Why are the majority of these post showing a stock that's at the top of a trend?

Are these stock supposed to be shorted? Is that the purpose of this forum?

This is kind of funny actually. Just pull up a few posts in here, check the chart, there it is at the top of a trend it seems.

Anybody know why? I'm looking for a quality forum to search through, not a predatory one. Anybody know what's going on?
