I’ve been digging pretty heavily into $ACRV for the past 6 months and it’s finally reaching its most critical point.
In the next 3 months, before the end of 2026, we will see its phase2b result. That upcoming readout is undoubtedly the biggest and most important in the companies history. If the response rate for its drug (ACR-368) holds close to what they’ve already shown, I think the market will seriously reevaluate what the company is worth.
One thing getting constantly overlooked is its AP3 platform it developed. If Acrivon can use the platform to identify drug-sensitive tumor types with ACR-368 and then show similar success with ACR-2316, a drug they designed internally using AP3, were looking at a platform that can reliably create successful and personalized factor specific meds. This would prove effective far beyond just cancer. A validated platform could potentially produce additional internal drugs or become useful in partnerships with larger pharma companies because it can help evaluate diseases that might be susceptible. Meaning drugs can find new uses that were previously not seen! For me this shows strong long term potential.
HOWEVER, the reality is you’re accepting a chance that its earlier data doesn’t reproduce, such is the biotech game.
Price target -> $7
Curious what you guys think.
TLDR: interesting pharma stock with huge upside and rapidly approaching major catalyst event.
