I haven't fact checked this myself but I really respect this YouTuber - he is highlighted a lot of issues that later broke mainstream.
The short version is some people have crunched the numbers and the oracle deal with tencent doesn't make any sense - they would literally be losing money leasing to the company. Here he is they were so desperate to turn things around they took a deal that they knew would have great headlines even though the details for a disadvantage.
