Anyone working on Rate of Change and Relative Strength (compared to the index benchmark) ?

Couple questions there -

How do you divide your funds ?

How many trades would you trade if there are many names on the list ?

What markets are you'll tracking

How do you keep it simple when it comes to doing the analysis on individual stocks vs index and then drilling deeper which stocks from that index to choose from?
