Two studies published this week add support for $ACRV’s drug ACR-368(prexasertib)
Study 1: CAF-1 / chromatin assembly + prexasertib study:
https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.09.27.754407v1
Study looked into CHK1 inhibition in cancer cells with defective chromatin assembly. Study shows that treatment with prexasertib let to significantly greater DNA damage, premature mitosis, and loss of viability.
Study 2: DS5 / patient-derived tumor drug-screening study:
https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.09.22.753533v1
Shows prexasertib as one of the top most sensitive drugs in two separate testing models for pediatric brain cancer models.
TAKEAWAY: These are two studies providing independent evidence outside of Acrivon that prexasertib has activity in specific biologically vulnerable tumor states. Importantly, these new indications are valuable to $ACRV because they control WORLDWIDE commercial rights to prexasertib. This implies future avenues of application and revenue for their drug ahead of their phase2b trial results.
