The Case for enCore Energy (EU)

The market is not liking enCore Energy for two reasons: permitting hurdles and the price tag on the proposed plans to build the Dewey-Burdock processing facility in South Dakota. Rising interest rates aren't helping much either. But does a $1 share price make sense when compared to Ur-Energy? Ur-Energy has the same share price but double the market cap with only 33 million pounds in the ground. EnCore Energy controls 52 million pounds with another 88 million in New Mexico under its spinoff company Verdera Energy. An apples-to-apples comparison would put EU shares at $2.

If the permits come through as planned, looks to me like EU gets a 100% pop without any move in uranium prices. Things to consider.
