Another blind chart: it just broke out on the biggest volume of the whole chart. Buy, sell or stay out?

Hourly chart of a real coin, 3 days of it, with the last 30 days on the daily above. Ticker and dates hidden, scaled to start at 100 so the price doesn't give it away.

Two weeks of higher lows on the daily, then it pushed to new highs on the hourly on the biggest volume of the whole chart, closing near the top of the candle.

Buy the breakout, sell it, or stay out for the next 12 hours? And what are you reading it off.

I'll reply tomorrow with what happened and which coin it was.
