Blind chart: this one has been dead flat for 30 hours. Buy, sell or stay out?

Hourly chart of a real coin, 3 days of it, with the last 30 days on the daily above. Ticker and dates hidden, scaled to start at 100 so the price doesn't give it away.

It sold off about 7% over the first two days, then stopped. The last 30 hours are small bodies and long wicks in a tight range down at the lows, and the daily above has been falling for a month but the last week of it has flattened out.

Buy, sell or stay out for the next 12 hours? And what are you reading it off.
